由于长期受到盗版侵害，本站已难以持续正常运营，近期将大幅减少更新，并计划择期关闭。作为赤脚圈较早投入视频记录与原创分享的作者之一，最初我对这个圈子的善意抱有信任，对于个别内容被二次创作、交易或互换的行为，选择了包容，甚至设立了终身会员制度，回馈支持者。

然而自去年起，B站、抖音、QQ等多个平台开始出现大规模翻卖本站全部内容的情况，我已对部分恶劣行为者发出律师函并提起诉讼。但盗版行为仍层出不穷，甚至有不法分子整站克隆、抢注旧域名。有人更进一步，曝光我的身份信息，对我进行人肉搜索。此类行为已超出忍耐底线，我将保留一切追究法律责任的权利，并视情节发起刑事诉讼。

因此，我决定正式退出这一领域，不会接受任何采访。如再有涉及我个人隐私的泄露、威胁或骚扰行为，必将依法追责。

Due to prolonged and severe piracy issues, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain normal operations. Updates will be significantly reduced in the near future, and the site is scheduled to shut down at a later date. As one of the early original creators in the barefoot niche community, I initially held a trusting view of people’s intentions. I turned a blind eye to occasional re-edits, trades, and exchanges of my content, and even offered a lifetime membership program to thank long-term supporters.

However, since last year, large-scale piracy of the entire site has emerged on platforms such as Bilibili, Douyin, and QQ. Some malicious actors have gone as far as cloning the entire website, hijacking my former domain name, and even doxxing me. I have already sent legal notices and initiated lawsuits against several of the most egregious offenders. But stopping one leads to another; the piracy continues to proliferate.

This ongoing harassment and infringement have drained my passion. I will no longer continue my work in this space and will not accept any interviews or media inquiries. If there are further leaks of my personal information, or any threats or harassment, I will pursue criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
